did anyone have gestational diabetes in bith pregnancies

so I'm 8 and a half weeks pregnant with baby number 2. since I was diabetic with my first they did the 1 hr glucose test early. I failed that n now have to do the 3 hr on Tuesday. has anyone else had this in more then 1 pregnancy and not wind up diabetic after delivery?

I had it with 2nd pregancy, dont know about this pregnancy yet as Im just shy of 2 months but my reseach has found that a chromium deficiency is to blame for gestational diabetes. Worth googling. I supplemented with GTF chromium right before this baby to see if it helps.

I had gd with my second and fourth pregnancy. I’m not diabetic. I’m currently pregnant with #5 and they checked my a1c which was in the normal range so no glucose test yet. I think doing it so early defeats the purpose because placenta has just started taking over and you might be just fine.
