I had been drinking quite a bit through the winter. It was my way of numbing the pain of not getting pregnant month after month. I have just learned that alcohol at all can really screw with your hormones and egg quality! I had a problem, and I quit drinking completely this cycle.

Now, I have egg white discharge 4 days before predicted ovulation. Never happened before. My cycles are 27 days religiously. This would be pretty early to be ovulating. I tried an ovulation test (negative) but I think I already peed too much earlier this morning for it to be accurate anyway? I don’t want to miss it!
