how to dry up your milk?

I have learned that breastfeeding just is not for me and other women feel they same way? Any tips on how to dry up my milk fast and what i should expect to happen?

Put cabbage leaves in your bra. Sounds weird but it helps dry your milk faster. Also, don’t do it cold turkey. Pump every few hours but don’t pump until empty. Just pump until you get relief (maybe 5 mins?). You don’t wanna get clogged ducts or mastitis by stopping cold turkey.

CABBAGE works 100% I didn't breastfeed my oldest and used CABBAGE to dry up the milk in the middle of May lol. I didn't smell lovely but it got the job done

Breastfeeding didn’t work well for me so I stopped at 6 weeks. My milk never quite came in right though. My doctor did say cold turkey stop by binding your breasts. I think I wore 2-3 sports bras for a week. It was definite sensitive/sore for the first 3 days and it got better. You want to avoid hot water or even warm water when showering directly on your breasts. I think I didn’t shower for the first two days and sat in the tub with my sports bras on and did a modified wash. I would maybe ask your doctor for some advice. Best of luck.
