Hemorrhagic cyst on ovary

So I found out I was pregnant at 2 weeks because I was exhausted and light headed. It lasted for a couple of days but now I am 3 weeks and 5 days and I am not exhausted anymore at all. In fact now I can’t really sleep and I have had no nausea or morning sickness this whole time. I found out that I have a hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary 5 days ago and I’m worried that the cyst has burst because I have pain in the middle now instead of on the left side Can it hurt the baby? Anyone else know anything about hemorrhagic cysts??
