How does everyone sleep? 🌻
Being pregnant, I want to know how everyone sleeps. I sleep on my side and I switch over sides like every 20 minutes because it gets uncomfortable and my shoulders have started to become really sore and achey. I have chronic nerve damage in my lower spine/right leg so sleeping on my stomach was the best position before I was pregnant, which now I refuse to sleep on my stomach. Does anyone have any advice or sleeping positions? Would be much appreciated 💕
