My boyfriend and I have been together 1year 4 months. We have a baby who is 2 weeks. He has told me he wants to me marry me once he gets his papers because currently he is illegal. I am 18 he is 25. My family don’t know he doesn’t have papers only my grandmother and grandfather know. My grandmother hopes we will get married but my family are all against it saying I’m too young that I don’t know what I am doing. My dream was to get married then have children. So my children have a father. I grew up without a dad and I don’t want that for my children. So I want to get married so my baby has a proper family where her mum and dad are together. I love my boyfriend dearly and he is very serious about me. We are looking for a home and he’s saving up money for the furniture and he financially supports me. He gave me my dream of being a stay at home mum.

What should I do ? Stay and wait a couple of years to get married? Or when he is legal to marry get married ?
