Does anyone else's cat open the door and let theirselves out?!

I have 2 doors that lead into the house. The first one you don't twist but just push out to get out.. This is the second time it's after happening!! He's so fat and he stretches right up to the door handle and pushes it open and lets himself out!! Am I the only one?! I just heard the door open and closed and sure enough he was outside on the step..

I didn't mean to make this anon but I can't believe how smart he is!! He does the same thing with my bedroom door and tries to twist it but he can't!! This door is so push more easier to open!! Crazy but funny😂❤️

My cat used to do this. Hed jump hang on the handle till went down push off the door. He also used to open the door for my dog wen he was a puppy. It goes without saying he picked it up pretty easy so in the end I was waking up to my American bulldog bouncing on my bed, living room a mess and a big 15kg bag of dog food gone. My trick? I turned those  fucking handles upside down so you now havet to pull up to open. Muhahahaha lol x

Mine does it. We had to get the handles changed to knobs so that he would stop. Hes really tall for a cat and pretty fat. He can still open it though. I used to have to put things infront of my door at night because once he got in my room he would rip everything up. Especially paper. He can climb ladders and also drink out of a faucet. He watches us a lot so he mocks us like that
