Nipple pain
Okay so I put a post here a while ago about my nipples stinging and it’s been a couple of weeks and my nipples are still in pain. They have been bigger than usual and itchy. I checked myself for lumps but when I get my period, my boobs tend to get lumpy kinda but it’s just hormones (my doctor told me) so idk what to do I’m in pain all the time and I hate wearing bras
