Food.
I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my first child and I read a lot of things on what to eat and what not to eat.. What I don't get is why people stress over being scared of eating certain things they use to eat before. All our parents and their parents never had resources like we have now to know what to eat and what not to eat.. My mom was eating everything bad and some healthy only because she was craving for it, she had 2 beautiful/healthy kids, me and my brother. My point is, eat what you want!
