I'm 20 weeks and 4 days today, when I went to the Dr I weighed 10 pounds more than I did the week before when I weighed myself. I almost started to cry. my Dr said to just keep an eye on it to make sure my weight doesn't continue to increase so rapidly and I'm not eating badly. I have been pretty constipated only being able to go to the bathroom a little bit once a week. has this happened to anyone else? I'm so upset because I've been trying so hard to monitor my weight as well as exercise and it seems like it's just backfiring on me 😞
