Tmi i know and im sorry just need advise

At 7dpo I had some really light pinkish blood only when I wiped tho and it was after intercorse took a test the next day it was negative I have been really tired I feel hot sometimes I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like I was going to throw up at 6dpo now I am 15 dpo and I feel pulling in my hips for the past two night and I can feel it when I'm sitting down as well
