I just went to the bathroom and I was bleeding kind of heavy I had at least 5 big clots but then it just stopped like 5 minutes later. Should I be worried?

UPDATE: I called my ob and he told me to go to the ER and they did an ultrasound and blood work and baby is totally okay we saw he/ she wiggling around and strong heartbeat but I did have a subchorionic hemorrhage in my uterus and mine was so small it was no big deal but big ones can cause miscarriage. My doctor isn’t concerned at all and he says everything looks good just take it easy.
