So me and my boyfriend broke up over the stupidest reason. Someone texted him that I was cheating on him when I wasn't. So he texts me saying why you cheating on me and I swear the who conversation is him accusing me and me defending myself until I have enough and break up with. Did I do the right thing or should I have given him a chance?

Yes you totally did the right thing. My ex did that once when he said he was “sent” a video that showed sex between a girl that looked somewhat like me (she was blonde too with similar body type) and he was convinced it was me. I was pissed ass hell. I was at a family party and I got a text of him accusing me but not telling me what it was. I had to drill him for him to tell me it was a video, and he wouldn’t answer any of my calls the whole night. I kept telling him show me the video but he said “no you’ll just use it against me”. 😂 he was like “no it’s filthy and disgusting I can’t” this went on for hours until he finally sent it, and even my sister watched it and she says “she looks nothing like you wtf???” I told him it’s not me, you’re being a child, and I’m really pissed off that you would believe a stranger over your girlfriend of two years. I should’ve broken up with him right there... the relationship didn’t last very long after that. So yes, never put up with that bullshit. You did everything right. Sorry hun I know it hurts.
