It is twins!

I went to the ER today for bad cramping and bleeding. I thought that it was either a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy and I was shocked to learn that I am pregnant with twins. My levels are at 22,000 and they said I am spot on for 5+3 weeks. I go back on the 30th to check on them and verify heartbeats but the doctor told me not to be concerned since my levels are perfect. the bleeding was from my body trying to have a period. So instead of expecting baby number 4, we are expecting 4 and 5
