I've had the mirena since September 28th, 2017 and had no spotting or anything besides the occasional spotting. Tuesday I started spotting and I'm still bleeding I filled a pad just today. The ob on call says its normal but I don't think it is. I'm freaking out the er won't do anything and I don't have the money to go to my ob since my insurance dropped.
