UTI!!!!

I had symptoms of a uti for only 2 days and they magically disappeared.It even let me to peeing on myself twice because the urge was so bad.The pain was so horrible and so was he constant every 10 min trip to the rr but a day later I feel fine. Does that mean I don’t have it anymore?
