TMI* Stringy yellow/cloudy vaginal discharge ? All tests clear but? BV?

So I’ve been on an expensive roller coaster of tests and medication for what was first confirmed as thrush/Candida overgrowth, had just white discharge (never had sex but have received oral which the discharge tended to increase not long after). Went in the pessaries and cream to treat Candida, no success. Then did more tests to make sure for trichomoniasis, clamydia and gardneralla (BV) all came back negative except Candida. Went in fluconazole did nothing (did twocourses). Have true probiotics. I lit has no odour or itch just an I crease in discharge and the colour is now a yellow/cloudy colour. Any advice My Gyno said it “looked normal” but I’m not convinced. I’ve always had discharge but not like this. Could it be the pill? I’ve been on the pill since June last year and the discharge started in October
