My boyfriends grandma has been living at home with her daughter and my boyfriends and she is not being taken care of. My boyfriend who is 17 is the only one taking care of her. His mom goes out ever night and leaves with out feeding her or giving her her medication. His grandma keeps having accidents because no one is there to help her to the bathroom. She's lost a lot of weight because no ones getting her to eat or take her medication. My boyfriends gotten kicked out and we both fear that with out him to take care of his grandmother this is going to be a repeat of when his uncle was under his moms care. She beat him and used up all his money and I know for sure that she's using his grandmas monthly benefits. I'm in no way trying to get back at her for kicking my boyfriend out my family is just concerned for his grandma who's already been being neglected. What can I do legally?
