I’ve been a little confused about my period lately. I’ve been a relatively heavy bleeder since I turned 18. But my past two periods have been very light with wicked bad cramps and I get nausea quite a bit. I’ve always been one to get bad cramps and feel nauseous while on my period but never had this light of a flow. At first I was concerned I was pregnant but after doing a couple of tests it’s negative and they have both been on my regular cycle time. Is it something I should be very worried about? I feel like I can’t talk to anyone about this so I wanted to get some answers and thought this was a great way to ask. I’ve also always been very high anxiety and depressed but as of right now I am not on any medicine for it or any birth control.
