With my first baby we were not actively trying but not preventing (we both wanted kids) for 18 months and ended up pregnant shortly after our honeymoon. Had no idea I was pregnant until until 5-6 weeks in...I thought I’d caught the flu from hell. 😂
With our second we actively tried 3 months and got our BFP on the final month when I tried OPKs and PreSeed. :)

My husband and I were actively trying. Last week, we met our new neighbor and she told me she didn’t know she was pregnant until she was 5 months along!

I didn’t know I was pregnant until I was 11 weeks pregnant! I had no periods due to coming off BC, no symptoms, Only thing I did have was heartburn which is why I went to the doctor he took a test and BAM he’s like your very pregnant hahaha 2 weeks later he was able to tell me the sex of my baby 😱
