I haven't had a period since March 18

Like the title says, I'm on day 98 of my cycle. I have had a problem with irregular periods a few years back but they have been under control for the last year. I took two pregnancy tests back in April that were negative. Recently I have been experiencing light cramping and dizzy spells. How long should I wait before I make another doctor's appointment?
