Ladies, how do you deal with it when it happens to you? personally when my SO becomes cold,distant, or ignores me I can't help but feel my blood boil. At times I feel like he down right doesn't care. It's very important to me we always say goodbye to each other & have a kiss goodbye. It's important to me & he knows that, god knows what could happen it could be the last time we see each other so I try to make it a point we should take a second to put our differences aside & say bye & say we love each other. Well today in the midst of our argument he just leaves & walks out. He pretended to be gone so when I went to check if he actually left he pops out at me laughs and goes 'okay now im leaving' & proceeded to walk out. I lost it & had a very improper reaction to him being insensitive. So I guess I'm basically asking how can I do better? Can you ladies give me advice in how to stay more composed? My man is a huge insensitive ass at times but that doesn't justify how I react at times.

I believe a lot of my issues are due to childhood trauma & abandonment that im working through with therapy . Now he isn't responding to any texts & im just sad & disappointed how we both handled things.
