Pls help I am afraid

So I bought this product a while ago, liked it a lot but only used it on my legs and bikini area

Was pretty ok? Wasn’t too crazy about it but it left little to no hair with half the effort as shaving so 🤷🏻‍♀️

BUT THEN

I buy this

AND NOW

I have this

And when I got home I noticed it looked a little gunky so I got a warm wash cloth and this came off of it?

I’ve never had this before. I don’t know if it’s irritated or infected or what I’m supposed to do
