Temps elevated beyond period
Hi guys. My period started 4 days ago- on 12dpo (cd 30) and my temp has not dropped yet and is still well above last months cover line. I know it's not just spotting because it's my normal heavy AF. I haven't been sleeping well since I finished night shifts 5 days ago. Anyone had a similar situation? Thanks :)
