How do you follow somebody?

All I can figure out is to invite someone to a group.

Mine has no option to Follow anyone...it just shows pic, name, Bio. That's all...?

When I click on a name it pops up like that.

When I tried it it just changed to following

Click on their name and it's right there! :)
