Healthiest thing in the ice cream isle?
I’m looking for some healthier dessert options. I must’ve picked up ten different things in the ice cream isle today and I left with nothing. All of them touted one “healthy” thing in the label, but when I looked at the nutrition label, they either had a ton of fat, a ton of sugar (even the Greek frozen yogurt I looked at!), or a ton of ingredients I couldn’t pronounce.
Anyone have any recommendations?
