I am looking into moving to the city in the near future, and I'm really interested in renting an apartment that also shares it's space with a store or restaurant. I think these kinds of apartments are called "mixed use", but I'm not entirely sure. Have any of y'all lived in one of these kinds of apartments? If you have, how did you find your apartment while you were apartment shopping? Did you enjoy living there? Do you have any tips or concerns to share about mixed use spaces?
