Should I go on birth control?

Yes I’m still going to see a doctor to see what’s best but I want opinions from lady’s who might’ve gone through the same thing , my mother & grandma both had trouble conceiving , a miscarriage then a rainbow baby and that’s it , does the pill effect me getting pregnant in the future? I don’t want to risk my chances of not getting pregnant even more bc I would love to have more then 1 child , or what other types of birth control doesn’t effect fertility in the future?
