Swollen lymph nodes

So my lymph node on the right side of my neck swelled up last summer. It was pretty swollen then, but it’s basically gone down to the size a little bit bigger than a pea. I didn’t think much of it, I just assumed that maybe my lymph nodes drain a lot slower than other peoples. But now, I also just recently found a small lump in my right breast. It appeared right when I started my last menstrual cycle. My mom thinks it’s a swollen gland from when I was on my period, but I’ve been off my period for about two weeks and it hasn’t disappeared. It’s not as large now, but it almost feels like a small almond. I messaged my doctor and he said to keep an eye on it. It’s not painful at all. Any idea if I should be worried? Thanks 👍🏼
