Diaper sizing help!

Ok y’all. Tell me what y’all think.

My sweetie is 3.5 weeks old. She was born 9lbs 2oz and was back to birth weight 4 days later. Therefore, she’s been gaining weight very well. I’m not sure how much she weighs now. ANYWAYS-

She is currently in size 1 diapers. She leaks through them in the two hours she naps constantly. I’ve tried overnight diapers, pampers, huggies, store brand, etc. even during the day and she still leaks through! Also, she has red marks on her legs constantly no matter how we position/how tight/loose we place the diaper.

Do you think we should size up? It seems crazy to me that my THREE WEEK OLD would already be in size 2🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐
