I honestly don’t believe in soulmates 🤷🏻‍♀️

No. I think my husband is perfect for me, but that’s because we care for each other and work together. I think of a quote from my favorite show “No one is perfect, Fred. Love makes us that way.”
I think there’s many people you may be compatible with in your life. But I think everything depends on both your situations at the time. Someone you swear is your soul mate could have had an attitude you hated 5 years ago. We’re constantly changing, so saying one person is perfect for you and connected to your soul seems rather silly to me personally [though I believe everyone gas a right to their own thoughts and as long as you’re not hurting anyone wgaf].
I think the idea of soul mates kind of undercuts the need for work in a relationship, and unfortunately many end up separating because they thought their SO was “perfect for them” and the couple didn’t think they needed to put in the effort and work that is necessary in a relationship with 2 constantly changing people.

hell yes. if you are lucky enough to meet them you will learn a relationship is never work, if u have to work at it then it isn't right. when you find your one it's easy, it flows, no disagreeing, no compromises, it just is meant to be. I was with a man for 9 years, it was a lot of work. Then I met my soulmate..we knew almost immediately and it's been heaven ever since.

I think there are soulmates but that doesn’t mean they are your significant other. My soulmate, my ex, I could never have a life with, but I feel like we were of the same soul material if that makes sense. I don’t feel that way about my husband, but I love my husband with all my heart and couldn’t imagine my life with anyone else, but we are from different soul families, which is totally fine.
