Menstrual pain in hips?

Anyone else? Nothing helps the pain... Tylenol, baths, pressure..etc. anyone know what it is or what helps the pain?

I've been getting like a really bad ache down my left side hip similar to period ache n I dunno what it is but when it comes it's really painful didn't know if it was to worry about or not normally lasts about 20 mins then goes

I'm 33 weeks and I have discomfort in my hips when I stand up or walk. It's mostly stretching to accommodate the baby, so there's nothing to do but tough it out. As you posted in the August Bumps room, I assume you're pregnant, so any menstrual-like discomfort in your hips may be stretching or Braxton Hicks. If you're worried you should talk to your doctor.

I've been having this a lot. Don't know what it is but my dr had me get checked and everything was fine. The nurse said it's probably baby stretching his neck. But not 100% sure.
