Implantation bleeding. How soon?

Had unprotected sex during ovulation, and three days after there was just a teeny little spot of blood. Clearly too early for period.

Answer

Too early for implantation. Also, implantation only occurs about 20-30% of the time. So bleeding could be caused by anything
