I need help planning a wedding from scratch every little detail please. I’m wanting a church wedding if that helps I just don’t know where to start. I’m 21 year old and wanting 22nd July 2019/2020/2021 not sure on year as of yet.

the first step is figuring out who you will invite/how many people. 
the dresses and cake and decorations is the fun part, u can even do it yourself 
a gift registry and invitations too
you will need to purchase a marriage license at the correct time
ceremony:
do u want brides maids and groomsmen?
who will officiate?
who will write the script?
do u want to do a union ritual?
what are your music options?
reception:
food options?
activities?
music ?

Hop on Pinterest. Don’t go crazy, but look for:
-Wedding ring ideas for you and him
-Flowers (colors and styles): you want to find flowers for Brides Bouquet, Grooms lapel if you like, and flowers for the end of the pews.
-Dress: Look at styles you might like. Ballgowns have wide skirts, or you can go for more of a relaxed fit, you can also choose how long your skirt is (the train). If it’s long, you’ll need bridesmaids to adjust it as you walk.
When you know what you might like, find a store nearby to go try them on. Don’t wait too long, because it could take a few weeks for them to adjust your favorite dress to your size.
-Bridesmaid dresses: Generally match these with your flower colors, but you can also choose the style (short, or long, or vneck, or spaghetti straps). It’s great to match your style to your best friend you want to be with you on your wedding day. :)
Reception: After the wedding, a lot of people will go to a dinner or a party afterward (catered food is optional, but very nice). So find a place near your church that you could decorate with lights or flowers, tablecloths or candles. :) Most places have a planner onsite who you can talk to, and they’ll arrange everything for you!
Vendors: these are everyone helping you with the details. Food caterers, flower vendor, your Officiant (the person leading the marriage), your photographer (find a style of photography you like for examples of what you want), consider a DJ or music for your reception, a Makeup and Hair artist for the morning of (you’ll need to go in a week before the wedding for a test run).
People: there are two groups of people you want to think about for your wedding. First are your guests:
Who would you LOVE to be in the crowd witnessing your marriage? Consider who your fiancé wants there, how many seats in the church and reception you can have, no exes, and consider if you’ll allow close family members to bring +1 guests, no kids, or etcetera.
Second are your bridal party: These are people who might go to your dress fitting with you, will help you prepare in the morning of the wedding, get you dressed, and walk down the aisle before you. These are your closest supportive friends, sometimes family.
Then you’ll need to offer the position to them. :)
Consider if your dad is walking you down the aisle, or if you’ll have a dance with him. You should also ask him about this, not just assume. :)

I'd start be researching churches and reception venues. Schedule visits for the ones you like, make sure they have your date open.
