I got a kyleena a little under a month ago. Insertion was painful but worth it and I've been pretty happy with my experience so far, except that I'm experiencing intermittent right side pain. It's almost like a stitch. Most noticeably when my boyfriend and I have sex and he goes extremely deep extremely fast, it is quite sharp. I've checked my strings and I can still feel them, though they've curled up around my cervix now so checking the length is pretty much impossible, but they feel the same to me. Anyone have this? Is it normal or should I be concerned? First time IUD.
