Anyone else have almost no appetite??

I'm about 7 weeks and I have a small appetite. I'll think I'm hungry but can only eat a couple bites. Also very nauseous but haven't thrown up yet. Anyone else have this??

Im the same way! I wake up every morning nauseous and puke after drinking water alone! I have no appetite all day cause of the nausea and then i dont end up eating til supper! Durring the day, if i feel hungry ill usually try to eat but im scared to puke, so i try to avoid it!

I'm having the same problem. I'm never hungry and I always feel sick. I was just talking to my mom about it. She suggested that I try a nutrition shake to make sure I'm getting enough nutrients for myself and the baby. I was also going to bring that up at my first appointment.

This is me exactly. When I'm actually able to eat, I eat a ton bc I know I won't be able to eat later. Even crackers sound disgusting.

I get nauseous when I'm hungry! But nothing sounds good. 😩 and then when I do eat, it just doesn't taste good. So yeah... Like no appetite.

Yes and my nausea has been gone for two days now. I've been eating pb&j sandwiches for dinner. I do crave pretzels tho. Bottom line: I'm not getting the nutrition I should be :/

Same here. Terrified to eat and when I do i get abt a cup worth down. My Lil blessing is extremely picky it seems. Thank goodness this is normal behavior for first trimester.  It's in third that u really need to be eating good for babycakes to pack on weight.
