What do you think?

I was having this debate with my friends. We’re in college and started talking about how we see our future and kids came up. Personally I don’t want kids, I never liked them nor I have any mother instincts. We started talking about kids turning into little shits when they grow up, like lying to their parents, doing whatever they want, not listening to them and possibly getting into other problems like getting into fights, stealing, drugs and having issues with the cops. I’m a firm believer that you can do as much as you can as a parent to educate your kid appropriately and make sure they grow up as decent human beings, but at the end it’s their choice whether they follow what you’ve teached them or not. They can be all sweet and innocent inside the house with you, when they walk out the door they can still turn into little shits. My friends disagreed with me and said that if someone grows up and starts doing that kind of things it’s the parents’ fault cause they didn’t educate them properly and that if you teach your kid to be a decent human being they will be so. Personally I think it’s ridiculous, I know a lot of people whose parents tried their best and they still turned into knobheads when they grew up. And there are lots of people who grew up in a fucked up environment and families and they’re great humans🤷🏻‍♀️ what do you think?
