What is the earliest you can get a faint line or a bfp?

I think 6dpo is technically possible but very rare. Just as likely you could be on the other end of the spectrum, won't be able to get a BFP until 2 weeks late or something.

Some people claim 8 or 9 dpo. But I would strongly strongly advise waiting. 
I got super faint lines last cycle from 9-12 dpo, and then nothing. It was a chemical pregnancy and I was SO sad. Because my hopes were sky high!! 
If I had just waited until a missed period on 14 dpo I would have gotten a negative and would have just figured AF came late. 
I’m all about waiting now.

I did the 6 day sooner test and it was a negative lol but imma retest

I’ve read 7DPO but still its best to wait until AF is due, easier said than done 😂
