Early IVF stages anyone?

Just set up my first initial appointment for bloodwork And signing paperwork to move from doing an IUI and going to IVF...kind of netvous and scared of whats to come but really excited also knowing that our chances are greatly increased with this procedure :) is anyone else just now deciding to go with IVF? What are your feelings?

I noticed your thread and just wanted to say that I had a successful IVF cycle in April and would be happy to answer any questions that you have throughout the process. The one thing I could say to you is that IVF was not as scary as I'd always believed. The thing that helped me the most was talking with women who had been through it and knew what to expect. I'm starting IVF as well. I started BC 2 weeks ago and hoping things go well. Retrieval should happen at the end of the month and transfer in early August. Baby dust to all of us.

I just stopped birth control pills July 17. next period in august I'm supposed to call IVF doctor next period in august. 
Scared. Nervous. Excited.

We are doing the same thing we have our appointment to go through the IVF process Friday. We had one failed IUI and don't feel like wasting time with another we are going to start IVF I'm not sure of the process haven't gotten AF since stopping the progesterone 2 days ago.

I did the same.  Failed iui and went for ivf.  Made the most sense for us.  Started stims last night.  Retrieval is estimated for the 17th...

I'm here too :) We just started seeing our second reproductive endo so I'm waiting for my period to come so she can do a saline ultrasound. They have a hard time seeing my left ovary so she wanted to redo it.

I'm just starting too! I started BC on 6/12 and will start stims some time around the first of July. I'm so excited to finally feel like we are moving towards our dream of becoming a family, but I'm so nervous about a million other things! Best of luck to you!
