Kegels?

I can't quite figure out how to do the kegel excercise. Is it essential to do them or just suggestion? Is it okay to not do them?

I just clench up down there and hold it for about 5 seconds then let it out for 5 seconds and just repeat that constantly. I do them all the time just randomly. Washing the dishes, watching TV, etc.

When you sit down to urinate, you relax those muscles. Try clencingh your muscles to stop the flow of urine, so you can identify those muscles and how to flex them.

Read the last paragraph too. Please do not stop your pee midway... Otherwise i will see you in radiology for an exam you definately dont want to do.... Involving peeing in front of me as i take xrays.... Lol please dont do it.

If you want to figure out how to do them, next time you're urinating, stop your urine midstream. The muscles you use to do that are what you want to contract to do a Kegel.

Stop your pee midstream - that's a kegal. I can't say if they're essential or not since I'm not a dr, but I feel like it's more of a suggestion.  It's supposed to help prep those muscles for delivery & weak pelvic floors may cause urine leaks, especially when you cough/sneeze/laugh.  No exercise is mandatory but it usually serves a good purpose.

Clinch your vagina... Like squeeze it... When you have sex try to like push out his dick or squeeze his dick... When you pee try to stop your pee from coming out.. If he cums inside of you, try to push it out. You have to have feeling in your vagina muscle to accomplish it. It's not hard once you get it. Just focus on clinching your vagina. You'll get it one day.
