I have posted this in PeriodTalk as well, but the group is just so busy, things get lost. I tend to get more answers here. This cycle AF showed 4 days early. I normally have quite a heavy, painful flow for at least two days which then goes to uncomfortable medium flow until day 6 which is spotting. This cycle I have had basically zero pain, (only a few slight tinges) and a VERY light period. I use a cup and it’s less than a teaspoon for 3 days now (CD4) with only the first day being a bit more heavy. Normally I have to empty the cup 2-3 times a day for majority of AF, with the first two days being full cups each time.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? I haven’t made any drastic changes to my life and also not under stress. We are TTC but I didn’t think much of it given AF showed (sort of).
