Help!!!!

I am 10dpo today and my period is due in 4 days. I am cramping like I would when I get my period, however I normally don’t cramp until like a day or two before I start. I also don’t spot until I have had a full day of cramping. It is also early and my period starts like clockwork every month. Could this be implantation?? I didn’t are a picture of my wipe, so I googled until I found something close. This is about how it looked. Please help me.
