Help!!

I’ve decided not to chart this month and try and have a more ‘it will happen when it happens’ approach. Still did opk’s though so know I’m around 7-8dpo. Last might I noticed 3 tiny pin head sized spots of blood when I wiped but nothing since. This afternoon I feel like I have mild thrush or thrush starting which I only ever get when I’m pregnant. I never had implantation bleeds with my two girls so don’t know if that’s what it could have been but now I’m driving myself crazy! No other symptoms I don’t think but not been looking for them this cycle. Any similar experience?
