Really irritated 😤😤

(Not so baby related. I just need to vent to people who have an outsiders opinion)

So. My bf just told his mom that he won’t marry me because of my dog and the fact that she sheds hair......?!?!! Well the thing is, if he and I don’t get married we can’t live together (Army policy) and seeing as I’m in OR and he’s in WA, having a baby in a few months makes things a little more difficult (seeing as he wants to be an active part in both our lives and don’t get me wrong. He loves me and the baby so much) but I’ve already told him I’m not going anywhere without my dog. I’ve had her since she was 8 weeks old. She’s my first baby. And I don’t know what to do. He made it seem like a joke but I know him and he was definitely being serious. I want to have a successful life with him and I want our baby to have a dad all the time not just on the weekends. But I refuse to even think or consider giving away my dog because “she sheds.” (Btw all dogs shed babe) She’s my world and I just know that she’s gonna love this baby and protect this baby no matter what ❤️
