Should I get it or wait until he’s born? I know it’s very important to get but I’d like to wait until after he’s born. Do they give the baby this vaccine after he’s born or?

You get it during pregnancy to transfer some immunity to him, he doesn’t get it after birth. Definitely get it.

I've just had mine at exactly 16 weeks, they said it needs to be done anytime from then & it just so happened my date fell right on 16 weeks. You're supposed to have it whilst pregnant so your baby gets antibodies transferred to him/her to protect them when they're born. I didn't and wouldn't even hesitate about it, I want my twins to be as healthy as they can be so I won't be opting to wait or opting out of any of the necessary vaccines or tests etc!
To be honest, If you know how important it is to get it then why are you even questioning it? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Babies can get the vaccine at 2 month and then a booster at 4 months and 6 months. So not fully protected until that 6 month booster. 
They will get it again as a toddler and again around 5 or 6, and then I think it’s like every 10 years after that. 
If you get the vaccine while pregnant you pass some immunity to your baby to help cover them until they get their own vaccine. It is also a good idea for anyone else in the house, or who will be in close contact with the baby to make sure they are up to date on their vaccines. 
It is recommended women get it during each pregnancy (even if they had it in recent years) because it helps protect the baby as well.
