July 4th my best friend died. It was unexpected and sudden. Since I’ve been incredibly lost we’ve been friends for 8+ years. I mean she was only 16, so the question of what happened and why comes up often. But oddly enough a few months later her mom found out she was pregnant! And I’m still super close with her family they’re my second family my home away from home. I’ve been there for everything and they’ve been there though it for me too. Her dad helped me through my first break up and all. But tomorrow is the baby shower. Her and i have a thing for vans we each have more pairs than necessary. A pair for every occasion. So i bought the baby a pair. And signed the card with both of our names. I really hope they like it.
