any advice ? Dietingggg

Hii allll :) so i realized the other day i gained 20 pounds in a year. Awful right ? 😂 ugh. I decided to start my diet and then during the day I noticed that my body was craving something sweet. i realized that i eat something sweet every single day. Im literally addicted to chocolate. I cant go a day without eating it. Anyway.. i told myself Im going to try and cut out sweets for a month straight but i will still eat normally. Im convinced I dont eat a lot at all, my problem is i eat really fast and unhealthy. So i will try and eat regulary and try my best to eat healthy but i wont go over board and drive myself crazy with the healthy eating. My main challenge is to cut out the chocolate or any types of sweets or juices for a month.

Has anyone ever tried that and seen a huge difference in there body? I wonder if i will drop weight. What do you guys think, share your opinions :) thankyou 😘
