Our baby boy Joseph Amil was born at 33weeks. I had been contracting for about 3 hours, so I decided to go to triage. Once I got there my blood pressure was super high (180/100+) urine was checked and proteins levels were at 12 which is abnormal she said .2 is considered high. Any ways I was 1 centimeter dilated. I got induced with folly ball and that came out after 10 hours. I was at 4cm. Was on pitocin for about another 12 hrs got to level 8 of the pitocin. Any ways I randomly started feeling the urge to push, 1 quick push 1 really long 1 and another short one and he was born. We didn’t hear a cry but he had a heart beat and he did move a little for us. He was born 4.13 @ 11:08 & TOD was 12:24 4:14. He was diagnosed with trisomy 13 at 19 weeks so we did know the outcome but no oarent is ever prepared for this. Please keep our family in your prayers. This is our 3rd loss. My 1st passed at 2 months due to SIDS my 3rd was a MC. We just have our baby girl who is a year and a half.

Edit: for pain medicine I just used morphine. I wanted and epidural but I wasn’t being checked due to me sleeping so much so I couldn’t get it. Thankfully I didn’t tear. With my son I had a caesarean and with my daughter I had a vbac and was able to get the epidural at the last minute but it didn’t fully kick in so I felt the same thing as this time.
