It looks like eczema or heat rash. I have that in the crooks of my arms all summer long. It itches like hell! Get some hydrocortisone cream or some eczema cream. It works like a charm! 👌

My ezema looks like that in the summer could also be heat rash

It looks like hest rash. I had it there for awhile also I just had to refrain from scratching it so it'd go away lol

Have you came in contact with poison ivy recently? If so I would treat it with calamine lotion(I assume it's safe for pregnancy?) if not you can put coconut oil on it and it makes it stop itching and helps it to go away. I mix mine with some Vaseline and it works better for me that way. You can take oatmeal baths, or they have like a soapy stuff for poison ivy you can use also.( it smells funny)
