I've heard from nurses and doctors I should wake my baby up to nurse throughout the night to stay on a every 3 hour schedule and I've heard not to and to let him sleep ...what have you been told?! I am nursing and apparently my milk is coming in like crazy because my boobs hurt sooo bad! Any advice on helping with the pain?!
